What External Video Card is for me?

i need an External video card. my Laptop is a Pavilion dv9000 2 gb ram/NVIDIA Geforce 7600 and i need better nad was told i can only get an external video card. I play games allot so i need something with good Frame-Rate adn can run games at high quality. Some games i play are CSS(Counter Strike Source) (Sniper Ghost Warrior) Ext i have a 90$ Budget so blow my mind.|||So far there is no external graphic cards for laptops at present. You may expect them in 2nd Qtr of 2011.|||External video cards don't work for gaming. They work well to add additional low-performance video ports to control things like projectors. And the medium-performance (external PCI-Express) ones start at around $400.
