What is a good new video card to get for gaming for my computer?

I currently have NVIDA GeForce 9500 GS



In Oblivion I can run the game on the highest settings but i do have a fair amount of frame rate stuttering.



But what is a good video card that will boost my computers performace?|||lol look at you people seriously answering the question when im obviously going to get best answer.|||I'd go for a 9800GTX+, theyre only about £100 from eBuyer, and offered a huge performace leap over my 8600GT, I can max out FO3, COD5, TR:U all at 75fps, and I only have a dual core. I don't know about ATI's cards though, I've never had one.|||NVIDA GeForce 260.|||9600gt or better would do it.
