What is a great video card for wow to give me decent frame rates and not go buggy?

i am using a nvidia card but ti keeps on having problems my frames usually at 20-30 bu tnow they keep dropping to 1-5 so i need to get new card tried updates etc and nothing worked so i want to know what a great video card would be to keep my frames 30+ preferably a 3d capable card|||Step 1) Search for your videocard here, http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_li… and write down the G3D rating. (you need the exact make and model)



Step 2) Find out what motherboard you have.



Step 3) Decide how much money you are willing to spend.



Step 4) Call a hardware store and tell them what motherboard you have and how much money you are willing to spend and ask them what video cards they suggest.



If you know a bit about the compatability of your computer you can just look up videocards on this list and pick one yourself:

Start at the top of the list and work down until you find one you can afford.



Step 5) Look up the G3D rating for the new video card, use the link from step 1 or step 4. Make sure the rating is much higher.



Step 6) If everything is good so far, Do a quick google search on the videocard name and read some things people say about it. Make sure there arent any annoying problems with that model. In your case I would google the videocard name and "wow" together.

If the video card passes all those things buy that video card.

If it fails, go back to step 3 (yep I do mean step 3).



If you dont find any suitable videocards you need to do a larger upgrade.|||it depends a lot on many facts , most importantly is your budget ,

well you can check , ATI 5850 , 5870 , ros something like 4890 , 4870 x2 (crossfire mood , better then even 5850(single) )



or Nvidia's GTX 480 , or 925 ,



hope that helps , good see|||stick to the nvidia. they are the best cards u can find in the market. just increase the dedicated memory... if u have 256 mb increase it to 512 mb and if u have 512 increase it to 1 gb. also the ram plays an important role so try to upgrade it as well.|||It might be your internet that is the problem or the server your on but if its just the graphic card stick to nvidia and get a better video card, if its 512 mb it is likely you need a better one
