1 GB Nvidia video card. Which one do I need?

I need a 1GB video card capable of running SC2 on at least high. I would prefer to run ultra if at all possible. I know there is a lot to consider besides just the 3dMark6 rating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I don't want to spend over $100. I want to get the best bang for my buck. I am currently running a 9800M GTS in my laptop which has no problem with Ultra graphics. I use the "NotebookCheck" site for graphics card reviews, but I can't find anything similar for straight PC graphics cards. Is there a rough equivalent for what I am running in my laptop for my desktop?|||If you know your power supply can take it, this GTS 250 is probably your best bet for sub $100.

If you're looking for new tech like DX11, then this GT 440 should be just as good as your 9800M if not better:

Getting a 1GB Graphics card is more of the way to go, for head-room Like Crysis 2, : D|||GPU buyers guide
