Just an example of a site, although I'd prefer any site with FREE shipping to CANADA..
Is there any video cards there that my PC could handle?
PC DETAILS -
Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard Company
Model: s5213w
Name: HP Pavilion Slimline s5213w
Rating: 3.2
Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1250 2.20 GHz
Installed memory(RAM): 4.00 GB (3.87 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Also, any other upgrades? I know it can't handle much, but a little of anything would help.|||That slimline comes with a very weak power supply (just 220 watts)

So the Radeon 5450 is your best option.

Anything faster probably wouldn't work with your factory psu. See total power consumption below:

If you upgraded the power supply to 270 watts (replacements psus do exist, they're just expensive), you could run faster low-profile cards, such as the Radeon 4650 and 5550:

However I don't think upgrading the power supply is worthwhile for a machine like this, because the CPU is so slow.|||I would definately suggest XFX ATI Radeon HD 4650 512 MB DDR2 PCI-Express Graphics Card HD465XYAF2
*512MB Memory
*Unified Superscalar Shader Architecture
*Features Stream Processing Units
*DirectX 10.1 Support
