Id like to upgrade the graphics in my laptop (toshiba satellite a-215) with a new video card to fix several problems. My gaming performance rating is brought down making it hard fo rme to play FSX. i have flicker issues when using external monitors see othe rquestion

id like something inexpensive, a good percentage better then the default for that model and lets me connect to TVs using s-video ( i already have the port on my comp) ask in ur responses if yu need more info or clarification|||99% of laptop graphics cards out there today cannot be upgraded because they're built into the motherboard. I did a quick google search and it didn't look like your laptop upgradeable. Are you sure that you can upgrade the graphics card?|||What exactly is your price range and does your motherboard support PCI Express?
