Will my video card run correctly with this type of power supply?

Heh, now that I have my parts, I worry if my power supply is going to be enough for my video card at the moment. I have a 600w power supply that has a 12v+ rating of 19A. Now my MAJOR MAJOR worry is that if my video card is going to run with it; its a nVidia Geforce 7950 OC GT 512mb GDDR3. I just worry that from what it says it needs, which is a 12v with 22A, is enough dispite of it also saying it needs atleast 350w. A few of my friends had told me that I would be perfectly fine and all. I just want to see what everyone else thought about it. I'm also trying to run two 1 gig sticks (DDR2), AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+, with only maybe 2 or 3 USB drives being used, CD-RW/DVD-RW burner-reader, and a few 120mm fans (not to mention the 200mm fan on top).

Now I did go to that one webpage that adds up the wattage you need and all and approx it says I need around 550w (even with an overclocked processor).

Greatly thankful if someone could tell me my system is good.|||Ok, as this card only requires a 500 watt power inverter, baby you are so safe, play on!|||yes u have more than enough|||Its perfectly fine. I doubt if you will get a power supply more than 600W easily in the market.
