when I do the "dxdiag" to test the video card. the box that shows spins very fast. when it should spin slowly.
I dont know what wrong and all my games run slow.?

I think its the refresh rate...how to fix.
my settings are 7800 GT OC

2 GB ram|||Do you have Windows Vista? If yes, this may be a compatibility problem if your computer was upgraded from XP. You also may have installed an XP or earlier video driver. If you run Windows XP, your video card driver may not be made for XP.|||If it is your refresh rate you will be slowly burning up your display however you can find your refresh rate setting under display/settings/advanced/monitor however I WOULD NOT CHANGE THIS SETTING.
Instead you should download the latest drivers for your video card from the Nvidia Web site at www.nvidia.com.
