Video card says needs combined 12V current rating of 28A or more, I only have 24A... will it work?

The video card I want says "combined 12V current rating of 28A or more*" My 550W Power supply only has 12V current rating of 24A. I'm guessing it wont work.

Make sure you don't have any unnecessary peripherals connected though.
