general info: well i have a built in video card (via unichorme pro IGP) and people say to get another one ito make it better here is some info.

They should both work fine, the only thing you don't mention is the power rating of the PSU, 400 - 500 Watts should suffice for your current system plus the extra RAM & graphics card.
However, if you can afford it I would spend a little bit more on the card, if you can find one an NVidia 7600GT with 512Mb would be a better bet, or a 7800GS (the most powerful AGP card available from NVidia) would be your best bet.
