I purchased a Galaxy Nvidia 9800gt. I've only had it 3 days and for some reason it doesn't seem to give the performance I've read it should. It has 512mb of ddr3, and I don't do a lot of pc gaming. I play this game called americas army (both 2 and 3) They run off of the unreal engine. 3 runs off of the 3rd unreal engine. The card doesn't overheat at all, never even reaching 59 degrees celcius under a load and OC'd. I'm having issues with the frame rate that I'm getting though. It will sometimes provide 30fps, and sometimes 60fps in either game. I wouldn't think it should spike up and down like this. I've read people run games like gta IV and call of duty 4 on it. Mentioning some say they get 100fps in COD 4 no problem. I don't believe either of these games are as graphicaly intense as COD 4. I'm going to post my system specs, along with the requirements for each game. If any advice could be given on why this might be doing this, or a possible fix. I'd like to know and attempt to correct it before I file an RMA. Thank you for any responses.

650w power supply|||You may be running the game in too HIGHER quality, even games like COD4 in HIGH will slow down with all the eye candy turned up.
Make sure you have the ANTI ALIASING turned off.
Make sure you have the power leads connected to the Graphics card.
Try a different graphics driver from some one like omega. http://www.omegadrivers.net/|||try to download the latest drivers from the internet and then try it once more, also i think that you have taken up the anti aliasing way up to 16X do not do that, take it only up to 4X. Your video card is not the GTX200 series, that it can handle whatever you throw at it.|||If you will look at your processor, you will see the problem.
It is running at 1.8 ghz, while both games have a minimum requirement of 2.4 ghz.
Yes, I see you have a quad core processor. That gives you four processing channels, but they all run at 1.8 ghz.
