I have the GTX 295 and it has been performing like a beast! Had it about a year, but I found out that Dragon Age 2 will be in DX11 and I've already pre-ordered mine.
1. Are there many games taking advantage of DX11? Last time I've researched there were only a few titles.
2. How would you rate yourself - casual or hardcore gamer?
3. How often do you replace your GPU?|||1) Even if more DX11 titles come out, they will still look really great one DX10. The jump from DX10 to DX11 isn't that noticable.

maybe every 3 years or so, basically whenever i run into a game that doesnt run well. i still have a 4850 now and ive had no problems
