I need help picking out a new video card!?

Okay so here is a list from Newegg with the top rated Video Cards:

Since I have a stock Dell desktop, I would imagine I am going to have to upgrade the power supply as well.



Intel i7 @ 2.67GHZ

8GB Ram

Windows 7 x64

ATI Radeon HD 5450 :[ (aka the cheapest option when purchasing my computer)



Now that I am starting to play more PC games (Darkspore) I notice the video 'lag' because my card simply cannot compute fast enough.



That being said, can someone suggest a video card for me, under $200 (preferably under $150) so that I can run games smoothly on a video setting higher then medium-low. Any tips/explanations would be great!
