Video card requirements?

I Recently bought a video card (GTS 250) and a power supply (OCZ 500W)

The video card needs minimum 500W, that is good, but it needs a power supply with 12V 24A rating

My power supply has 2 12V rails, but only 18A on each, would this cause problems?|||Yes. This will cause instability, crashes, that sort of thing.
