Video Card Shader Operations Help?

This is the card I am looking at getting, its AGP i know but its only $70 and should let me play COD4. But what i want to ask is, which parts of this video card is good, is it the high Shader Operations that really counts now a days. any info would be great.

the most powerful agp card you can get is a 3850 radeon. Its only $20 more than the x1650 and will give you the highest resolution and frame rates of any agp card. This is literally capable of twice the frame rates as the 1650

2600xt is next best radeon, but they are closely matched in price, making the 3850 by far the best buy.
